Constructing and inspecting SuDS CPD training available now
CIRIA is thrilled to announce the launch of a new one day training course Constructing and inspecting SuDS to complement CIRIA’s Guidance on the Construction of SuDS (C768).
This engaging course is designed for anyone managing, supervising or inspecting SuDS construction on site. The training will build on the information presented in SUDS guidance C768 and will cover strategic as well as practical issues of delivering SUDS in the built environment.
The one day course will provide an overview of good practice related to all aspects of SuDS construction from site planning to completion and handover as well as the typical challenges that can arise during construction, and how to avoid/overcome them. Delegates will also hear examples of good and poor practice to explain key issues and understand the use of typical checklists for both interim site inspections and to enable completed SuDS to be evaluated prior to handover.
Training will be delivered by industry experts and authors of CIRIA guide C768 and both trainers have experience in SuDS construction and have acted as expert witnesses in cases where landscape or engineering construction has resulted in problems.
