NIC supports policy shift
In November 2022, the National Infrastructure Commission recommended Schedule 3 was implemented in England as part of its report 'Reducing the risk of surface water flooding' .Today, that recommendation has been accepted as part of the review conducted by Defra, a move which is fully supported by the NIC.
