CIRIA RP1028: Update of SuDS construction guidance – request for prequalification statements

CIRIA would like to invite organisations to submit a prequalification statement in connection with its project on the Update of SuDS construction guidance with the intention to invite tenders from appropriate organisations.

The following to documents provides instructions and details of the research proposal

• Instructions to prospective tenderers wishing to submit a prequalification statement (and list of heads to be used).
• Research proposal.

Our initial assessment of organisations for this project will only be based on the information you provide in the prequalification statement.

The value of the research contract will be of the order of £50k. (including the final provisional item).

Your prequalification statement should be returned to Suzanne Simmons by Suzanne.simmons@ciria.org  no later than 12:00 noon, on Friday 11 September 2015.  An acknowledgement of receipt of the statement will be sent to you.

Submission of the prequalification statement does not mean that your organisation will be prequalified automatically. We will inform you whether you have been shortlisted in accordance with the timetable below:

The provisional timeframe for the tendering process is:

• Return of prequalification statement – Friday 11 September 2015
• Notification of Tenders and Issue of Tender documentation:  Friday 18 September 2015
• Tender return Friday 9 October 2015
• Interview date w/c 19 October 2015 (to be confirmed at tender invitation stage)
